Richard Broomes

Director

Richard co-founded Arins Property Services in 2009 having worked for a successful independent local estate agent for many years. He then headed up the opening of the Tilehurst office in 2016 and helped re-establish our successful lettings department in 2020. Richard is based at our Winnersh head office, where his focus is on providing staff training and sourcing the latest technology to ensure customers receive a first-class service offering.

My guilty pleasure is... Prawn Cocktail crisps, Mmm!

The best piece of advice I’ve ever been given is… Always listen to both side’s of the story before making a decision.

My Favourite place in the world….. Is Barbados, I can't think of any other place I would rather be.

Alan Field

Director

Alan began his career in the late 1980’s and worked for both corporate and independent companies at management level before starting up Arins in 2009, bringing a wealth of experience to the business. He has established an enviable reputation for providing excellent customer service, and as a local resident in Warfield, is ideally placed to offer a comprehensive service to anyone looking to move home in the Bracknell and surrounding area.

Chrissie Chitty

Transaction Support

Chrissie joined Arins Property Services in 2024 having previously worked in the property industry for several years for a local competitor, predominately in the role of sales progression.

She brings a wealth of experience to her new role in transaction support, dealing with the home moving process from offer acceptance through to completion of the sale. Chrissie’s friendly, calming, yet professional approach and expertise in this field enable her to guide buyers and sellers alike, through the minefield that is the legal process, ensuring customers benefit from a smooth, hassle-free move.

Some fun facts about Chrissie...

My favourite film is Jurrassic Park and the whole franchise – absolutely love dinosaurs weirdly. I think if a T Rex were to stroll into town, I’d know what to do ha-ha!!

Guilty pleasure (that I’m not guilty about in the slightest!) Anyone who knows me knows I’ve been a massive fan of pop group Bros since I was 13 – still a Brossette now at 48! Have met Matt & Luke Goss loads and they’re genuinely nice guys.

Favourite country visited is Kenya – seeing the animals in their natural habitat was amazing and an experience I’ll never forget.

One of the things on my bucket list would be to travel again to Africa and take my two sons on safari, to experience what my husband & I did.

Harry Hook

Branch Manager

Harry began his career with Arins Property Services in 2011 as a Trainee Sales Consultant. In his time with the company, Harry has mastered all areas of our industry, and quickly progressed to the role of Branch Manager within our Lower Earley office. Harry has gained an enviable reputation within the local community, as is evidenced by the numerous 5-star All Agents customer reviews he has received over the years.

If Harry had a superpower, it would be... teleportation so I could go anywhere, anytime!

When I was younger, I wanted to be... a professional footballer of course!

At the weekend, you can usually find me... at home with my wife and my working cocker spaniel.

The thing I like best about my job is... the sense of gratitude I feel when a client entrusts me to market their property, and then seeing how happy they are when I have helped them sell and move to their new dream home!

My Favourite film or TV series... it’s got to be Game of Thrones!

Mark Jackson

Lettings Manager

Mark was appointed in 2020 to head up the Lower Earley lettings department, bringing with him many years industry experience having previously established an excellent reputation working with the local Landlord community whilst working for another local estate agent. During his time with Arins Property services, Mark has played a key role in the ongoing growth and development of our management portfolio, whilst ensuring Landlords and tenants alike receive outstanding customer service.

My number one pick on my bucket list is... Route 66 on a Harley Davidson.

Something he wished he’d never bought... a double bass!

The thing I like best about my job is... providing the best possible service to both Landlords and Tenants.

The person I would most like to meet... would have been Steve McQueen.

The best piece of advice I’ve ever been given is... measure twice, cut once... a good metaphor for life.

Superpower... That would be invisibility so I could have some fun!

What I like about my job... Experiencing the sense of achievement that comes from seeing or hearing the relief when sellers and buyers have been informed contracts have exchanged!

At weekends… As a massive fan of Formula 1, you will find me glued to the tv watching the race unfold!

My favourite tv series… Must be Peaky Blinders! Amazing actors and great plot twists!

Ryan Winter

Branch Manager

Ryan began his career with Arins Property Services in 2018 as a Trainee Sales Consultant and because of his natural talent and ability, he quickly progressed to the role of Branch Manager at the Tilehurst office. Ryan brings a ‘can-do’ attitude to his role and coupled with his excellent local knowledge and outstanding customer service building trusted relationships within the local community, it is clear to see why he regularly receives glowing 5-star All Agents customer reviews.

David Mackie

Valuation Manager

David was appointed to Arins in 2024 having previously worked locally within the property industry for 23 years.

David boasts a wealth of experience, gained from working at management level for both corporate and independent estate agents alike and is therefore able to offer his clients an outstanding, professional experience.

His strong belief in providing good customer service sets David apart from his competitors and he therefore looks forward to helping anyone looking to move home within the local area.

Sophie Chenery

Sales Consultant

Sophie began her career with Arins Property Services in 2022 as a Trainee Sales Consultant and soon demonstrated an ability to become a successful estate agent, building a database of buyers which has led to many successful sales being achieved. Sophie is passionate about providing first-class customer service and has established an excellent knowledge of the local area within a short timeframe.

Letitia Dykes

Property Manager

Letitia is one of Arins longest serving staff members having worked within the company on two separate occasions since 2011. Letitia is the heartbeat of the company and has worked in most departments during her time with us. However, she has found her niche within our lettings department and has become a very popular Property Manager with both her colleagues and customers.

Here’s a fun lowdown on Letitia...

My most embarrassing memory is... accidentally saying “love you” not "goodbye" to a tenant as they left the office.

If I had a superpower, it would it be... to be invisible.

When I was younger, I wanted to be... a midwife.
