When you register for your search, we will need a few details such as the full names of tenants and if you have any pets. It's also worth getting together other information that will be needed for a reference once you have found a property including your current address, your employer and bank details, passport and any rental history. Once we know what you are looking for, we can show you the best options that fit your criteria and arrange viewings.
We will accompany you to all viewings and give you as much detail about the property as possible including the Energy Performance Certificate to show you its energy efficiency and answer any questions you may have. Once you find the right property and have an offer accepted, we will ask for a holding deposit, which will contribute to your first payment of rent.
We will send you a copy of the draft tenancy agreement to review and ask you to complete an online form for referencing which requires information from your employer, a copy of your passport etc. We will need to confirm that you have a right to rent in the UK.
Once everything has been approved you will sign the tenancy agreement, pay the balance of the money due and confirm you have arrangements in place to make future rental payments. An inventory check will be made on the first day of your tenancy before your keys are handed over to you. We will stay in contact with you if your landlord has arranged for us to manage the property or if not, we will share the landlord's details if they are managing it themselves. Now you're ready to enjoy your new home!
